1. SHIPPING ORIGIN & PROCESSING

All Velmora orders are fulfilled from our Asia-Pacific distribution hub .

• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays)

• Dispatch Cut-off: 3:00 PM SGT for same-day processing

2. COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING PROGRAM

Velmora provides free standard shipping on all orders globally, with the following service levels:

3. CUSTOMS & IMPORT REGULATIONS

As the importer of record, customers are responsible for:

• All applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees

• Providing accurate recipient information for customs documentation

• Additional VAT/GST collection where required by local law

Velmora includes all necessary commercial invoices and HS codes (Harmonized System) for smooth clearance.

4. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

• Real-time tracking available via Velmora Order Portal

• Signature required for deliveries exceeding $500 USD in value

• Three delivery attempts will be made before return to origin

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may be restricted in:

• Special economic zones and freeports

6. LOSS & DAMAGE PROTOCOLS

• Claims must be filed within 7 business days of delivery

• Provide:

  • Photographic evidence of damage

  • Original packaging documentation

  • Carrier inspection report (if available)

• Velmora will initiate investigation within 48 hours
